The invention discloses an anti-pinch door. The anti-pinch door comprises a door frame, a moving door and an anti-pinch device, wherein the anti-pinch device comprises a swinging switch and an electromagnetic brake; the swinging switch is mounted on the moving door; the electromagnetic brake is mounted at the bottom of the moving door; the swinging switch comprises a pendulum bob and a control switch; the pendulum bob is connected with the moving door; the control switch is positioned on the swinging trajectory of the pendulum bob and faces the pendulum bob; the pendulum bob is positioned below the control switch; the electromagnetic brake comprises an outer seat, an electromagnetic coil, an electromagnetic bolt and a brake disc; the outer seat is fixedly connected with the moving door; the brake disc is connected with the electromagnetic bolt and faces the ground; a gap is reserved between the brake disc and the ground; the control switch is connected in series with the electromagnetic coil. When the anti-pinch door is used, the moving door swings to drive the pendulum bob to swing, the control switch is hit to be turned on, the electromagnetic brake is powered on, the moving door is prevented from being quickly closed and opened by utilizing the contact friction between the electromagnetic brake and a floor, and a child is effectively prevented from being injured by the moving door in a pinching or hitting mode.
