The invention discloses an automobile skylight control system. The automobile skylight control system comprises a damping sensor, a rain sensor, an ignition switch, a control unit, a skylight switch, a skylight, a manual switch and an alarm. The input port of the control unit is connected with each of the damping sensor, rain sensor and ignition switch, and the output port is connected with the skylight switch and alarm. The control unit controls the skylight switch to close the skylight according to the close signal of the ignition switch, controls the skylight switch to close the skylight according to signals of the rain sensor, judges that an object is clamped in the skylight through signals of the damping sensor, controls the skylight switch to stop the move of the skylight and controls the alarm to give an alarm. A passenger can control the skylight through the manual switch. The automobile skylight control system is capable of automatically closing the skylight after the automobile is off and automatically closing the skylight when raining, the skylight is closed along with the environment and automobile condition change, the early skylight clamp preventing alarm can be realized, and the automobile riding comfort and safety are greatly improved.
