High-frequency high-impedance ferrite material
The invention provides a high-frequency high-impedance ferrite material which is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 70-71 parts of Fe2O3, 1-22 parts of MnO2, 7.5-8.5 parts of ZnO, 0.1-0.7 part of V2O5, 0.01-0.05 part of H2SiO3, 0.1-0.6 part of CaCO3 and 0.1-0.6 part of Nb2O5. The preparation method comprises the following steps: presintering powder, and sanding for 0.5-2 hours; and while controlling the inlet temperature at 430-510 DEG C and the outlet temperature at 100-180 DEG C, spraying by a spray tower to obtain the finished material. The high-frequency high-impedance ferrite material implements enhancement of the high-frequency impedance under the condition of low loss, and the characteristics of the material are effectively improved. The ferrite material is especially suitable for interference isolation between the elevator operating control signal and power cable. The preparation method is simple and suitable for the demands of large-scale industrial production.
