Method for preparing MnZn ferrite soft magnetic material
The invention relates to the technical field of powder metallurgy, particularly a method for preparing a MnZn ferrite soft magnetic material. The method comprises the following steps: raw material preparation; preheating; die pressing; heating; and molding. In the microwave sintering MnZn ferrite powder compacting process, the initial domain-state-structure gradually orientates toward the external field under the action of the microwave field, and covers the whole region as the temperature increases; and finally, the small regions develop into crystal grains, and thus, the size of the initial domain-state-structure determines the size of the final crystal grain to great extent. The microwave sintering MnZn ferrite powder compacting process can implement quick sintering compactness, and can obtain the compact uniform structure at 1400 DEG C since the temperature has great influence on density.
