The invention relates to a rail web deruster. The rail web deruster comprises a protective housing, wherein the end part of the protective housing is fixedly connected with a vertical plate; an oil cylinder and gripping pliers are perpendicularly arranged on the vertical plate; a clamping oil cylinder drives the gripping pliers to realize gripping of a steel rail; a rack and a travelling mechanism adaptive to the rack are arranged on the front surface of the protective housing; the travelling mechanism is fixedly connected with polishing mechanisms on the back surface of the protective housing; the travelling mechanism drives the polishing mechanisms to move to complete rail web polishing; the polishing mechanisms are correspondingly arranged on left and right parts. The deruster provided by the invention can realize efficient high-precision grinding of floated rust and embossment of the rail web of the steel rail.
