The invention discloses a concrete pavement cutting machine consisting of a frame, a fixed half-shaft, a hollow belt pulley, an inner clamping plate, a saw blade and an outer clamping plate. A main shaft structure for mounting a diamond saw blade has two types, and one type is of a half-shaft structure of the hollow belt pulley, namely the belt pulley is integrated with a mounting step position of the diamond saw blade, and the integral body is supported on one fixed half-shaft by using a bearing.
