The invention provides a road zebra crossing passageway management device. The management device which can be mounted on the two sides of a zebra crossing passageway is composed of an infrared sensing ray unit and a voice reminding loudspeaker; the infrared sensing ray unit and the voice reminding loudspeaker are correspondingly mounted on vertical fences arranged on the two sides. In use, when a pedestrian walks through the zebra crossing passageway when the pedestrian is not allowed, the infrared sensing ray senses the human body and then the voice reminding loudspeaker generates stopping voice reminding.
