The invention provides a road cone. The road cone is equipped with a conical housing which is downwards opened; the lower end of the road cone inwards extends; a circular separating plate which is manufactured from rubber is movably connected to the bottom part of the road cone; a circular heavy matter is arranged at the lower end of the separating plate, and the diameter of the heavy matter is slightly less than that of the separating plate. The road cone cannot be easily blown down by wind or fallen down by people to influence the warning or guide effect due to light mass.
