The invention provides a warning roadblock structure. The warning roadblock structure comprises a plastic roadblock plate; a rotating sleeve which sleeves a transverse rod is connected to the lower surface of the roadblock plate; a spring structure which can be automatically restored is arranged in the rotating sleeve; in case that a vehicle collides the roadblock plate, the roadblock plate rotates together with the rotating sleeve along the transverse rod and then is clung to the pavement; after the vehicle runs away, the rotating sleeve is stood under the effect of the automatic restoring spring.
