    The invention discloses a sweeper and a road cleaning vehicle, wherein the sweeper (100) comprises a sweeper body (110) and multiple high-pressure nozzles (120) evenly distributed along the circumferential direction of the sweeper body (110); the high-pressure nozzles (120) are used for forming a water curtain for forming a high pressure to flush the ground. The water curtain formed by the high-pressure nozzle can push garbage on the ground, and thereby effectively cleaning and reaching good dust reducing effect.
