The invention discloses an urban river regulation system. The urban river regulation system comprises a clear water area, a sewage treatment system and a reclaimed water treatment system, wherein in the clear water area, an original river is adopted, an urban interior river is divided into a plurality of sections, a dam is constructed in each section for water storage, and drain holes (7) are formed in the bottom of each dam body (8); according to the reclaimed water treatment system, reclaimed water channels (1) are built in both sides of a river section between a reclaimed water drainage outlet and an inlet of a downstream reclaimed water collecting lake reservoir respectively, and a sewage collecting pipe (2) is arranged at the inner middle upper part of each reclaimed water channel (1); a connecting channel (6) connecting the reclaimed water channels (1) in both sides is arranged on the downstream side of each dam body (8); a guide valve (3) is mounted at a node (4) between the reclaimed water channels (1) of two river sections, and each reclaimed water channel (1) is connected with the connecting channel (6) through the guide valve (3); a multi-stage biological purification system is arranged at the downstream part of each reclaimed water channel (1). The urban river is regulated by using a sectional regulation method, a water separation regulation method, a both-side communication method and a three-water shunting method, the water quality of the river is effectively improved, and the charm of the urban river and the urban image are improved.
