The invention provides a collapse prevention steel reinforcement cage. The collapse prevention steel reinforcement cage comprises a steel reinforcement cage main bar (1) which is vertically wound into a cylindrical shape, an a steel reinforcement cage stirrup (2) which is tied on the steel reinforcement cage main bar. One side close to of the steel reinforcement cage main bar (1) is provided with a expanded-base space section steel bar bracket. The expanded-base space section steel bar bracket consists of a plurality of parallel transverse steel bars (3) whose end portions on one side can rotate with respect to the steel reinforcement cage main bar (1) and a plurality of vertical steel bars (4) arranged on the transverse steel bars (3) by preset gaps. The transverse steel bars (3) are provided with pulling elements (5) which are able to fold or spread the expanded-base space section steel bar bracket. This steel reinforcement cage is able to increase the bearing capacity of expanded-base filling pile effectively, and prevent collapse of the expanded-base pile expanded-base space section.
