The invention aims to provide a prefabrication method of a concrete pile. The method, wherein the concrete pile is prefabricated on a construction site according to specific engineering needs, includes the steps of 1, sinking a casing into a hole to a predetermined depth; 2, assembling a former, and sinking the assembled former into the casing; 3, inserting rebars into the former, pouring concrete into the former, and compacting the concrete until that the casing is full of the concrete; 4, allowing heat of earth to cure the concrete, extracting the former after certain strength is acquired, and removing the former to form a prefabricated concrete pile body. The invention further provides a construction method of the prefabricated concrete pile. The construction method includes the steps of 1, sinking the casing into the hole to the predetermined depth; 2, treating the pile end by one of multiple methods according to the property of a soil layer and the demand for upper load; 3, pouring cement mortar into the casing, sinking the prefabricated concrete pile body into the casing, and removing the casing.
