The invention discloses an anchor, which comprises a conical body, a clamp sheet, a spiral sleeve, a transmission block and an outer sleeve, wherein the conical body and the spiral sleeve are arranged at the two ends of the interior of the outer sleeve, the clamp sheet is arranged in the outer sleeve and is positioned between the conical body and the spiral sleeve, one end of the clamp sheet is matched with the conical body in a conical contact surface way, the other end of the clamp sheet is in transmission fit with the spiral sleeve, a placing groove is formed in the spiral sleeve, the transmission block is arranged in the placing groove, and anchor cable through holes are respectively formed in the conical body, the clamp sheet, the spiral sleeve and the transmission block. The anchor has the advantages that the clamp sheet and the conical body are mutually matched, so when an anchor cable is pulled, the sufficient friction force is provided to lock the anchor cable; when the anchor cable is recovered, the anchor cable is rotated at certain angle, the clamp sheet is separated from the conical body, and the anchor cable is unlocked; the structure is simple, the convenience in use is realized, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
