The invention relates to a connection structure of a draught fan foundation and a draught fan tower barrel. The connection structure comprises a hollow column body formed by steel bar concrete, wherein an inner steel template and an outer steel template are arranged on the inner and outer sides of the hollow column body respectively; a plain concrete conical platform coaxially and annularly covers the outer side of the outer steel template; the inner side of the inner steel template is filled with backfilling soil; a bottom flange is buried at the bottom of the hollow column body; one or two circles of through holes are formed in the bottom flange; a high-strength bolt penetrates into each through hole; the top of each high-strength bolt penetrates through the hollow column body and is fixedly connected with a pre-buried flange; the pre-buried flange is embedded into the top surface of the hollow column body; an annular groove is formed between the pre-buried flange and the hollow column body; the annular groove is internally filled with high-strength concrete. According to the connection structure, a tower barrel of the bottom section of the draught fan can be directly hoisted when being mounted, and a high-strength screw rod can be subjected to post-tensioning without waiting for an intermittent period of a secondary grouting technology while the tower barrel of the bottom section is mounted; then middle-section and upper-section tower barrels are continually mounted.
