The invention discloses a rainwater collecting device. The rainwater collecting device comprises a rainwater collecting barrel; the bottom of the rainwater collecting barrel is provided with an outlet pipe; the outlet pipe communicates with the upper part of a cyclone separator; the bottom outlet of the cyclone separator is connected with a sediment barrel; and the top outlet of the cyclone separator is connected with a cleaning water barrel. The rainwater collecting device is capable of removing the particles and harmful substances of the rainwater, and satisfying the basic living needs, and has extensive applicable range without electric energy basically in the process.
