The invention discloses a rainwater discarding device which comprises a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a U-shaped elbow, a discarding water pipe, a floating ball, a filter screen and a discarding water tank. The water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are used for conveying rainwater, the groove direction of the U-shaped elbow is upward, one end of the U-shaped elbow is connected with one end of the water inlet pipe, the other end of the U-shaped elbow is connected with one end of the water outlet pipe, a connecting hole is formed in the lower portion of the U-shaped elbow, the floating ball is arranged in the discarding water pipe, the floating ball can plug the connecting hole of the U-shaped elbow, the filter screen is arranged in the discarding water pipe, the floating ball is arranged between the connecting hole and the filter screen, and the discarding water tank is arranged at the lower portion of the discarding water pipe. The rainwater discarding device is simple in structure and can automatically start a later clean rainwater collecting procedure.
