The invention relates to a reinforced concrete sound-absorption hollow floor slab. The reinforced concrete sound-absorption hollow floor slab mainly comprises an upper layer latticed steel reinforcement framework, a lower layer latticed steel reinforcement framework, and a plurality of plastic ball assemblies positioned between the upper layer and the lower layer of latticed steel reinforcement frameworks; the plastic ball assemblies are filled with a sound absorption material which has a sound absorption effect on sound waves generated by impacting the floor slab. A steel reinforcement clamping holder is arranged on the upper end and the lower end of each hollow plastic ball respectively; the upper layer and the lower layer of latticed steel reinforcement frameworks are clamped by steel reinforcement clamping rings formed by elastic reeds in the steel reinforcement clamping holders, namely the upper layer and the lower layer of latticed steel reinforcement frameworks are fixed by the plastic ball assemblies, so that the plastic ball assemblies not only play a sound absorption role in the sound-absorption hollow floor slab, but also play a fixing role in the integral structure, and the structure is stable in the concrete pouring process. Since the upper layer and the lower layer of the latticed steel reinforcement frameworks are fixed into a whole through the plastic ball assemblies, the thickness of the whole hollow floor slab after concrete pouring can be effectively controlled by designing the sizes of the hollow plastic ball bodies and the steel reinforcement clamping holders.
