Building board and manufacturing method thereof

The invention provides a building board with excellent adiabaticity and weather resistance and a manufacturing method thereof. The building board comprises a base material, an adiabatic coating film covering the surface of the base material, and a transparent coating film covering the adiabatic coating film. The adiabatic coating film contains a coating film forming material, organic system hollow particles and a water-soluble solvent. The manufacturing method of the building board comprises the following process steps: forming the adiabatic coating film, namely coating an adiabatic coating on the surface of the base material and then drying the adiabatic coating to form the adiabatic coating film; and forming the transparent coating film, namely coating a transparent coating on the surface of the adiabatic coating film and then drying the transparent coating to form the transparent coating film. The adiabatic coating contains a film forming material, organic system hollow particles, and a water-soluble solvent of which the boiling point is higher than the coating film temperature during drying in the process steps of forming the adiabatic coating film and forming the transparent coating film.
