Novel pre-stressed continuous bamboo-wood beam popularizing device
The invention discloses a novel pre-stressed continuous bamboo-wood beam popularizing device, relates to a continuous beam, and aims to solve problems that most of existing glued bamboo-wood beams are simply supported and prone to brittle failures, the material strength cannot be fully utilized and deformation is higher. U-shaped end connecting pieces (11) are fixed at two ends of each bamboo-wood material (1), and every two adjacent bamboo-wood materials (1) are connected through the U-shaped end connecting pieces (11); integrated anchorage units (5) are fixed on top plates of the U-shaped end connecting pieces (11); turning and pressure-bearing wheels (2) are arranged on lower end surfaces of the bamboo-wood materials (1); pre-stressed steel strands (3) are distributed on front and back sides of the bamboo-wood materials (1), strand types are controlled by the turning and pressure-bearing wheels (2), bent strands are formed, and the pre-stressed steel strands (3) are anchored on the integrated anchorage units (5). With the adoption of the popularizing device, the applying speed of a modern bamboo-wood structure in a project is increased, and the bamboo-wood structure is effectively popularized.
