The invention discloses a roof comprehensive utilization system. The roof comprehensive utilization system comprises a solar power generation system, a wind power generation system and a greening system which are mounted on a floor. The solar power generation system comprises a support group mounted on the middle portion of the top of the floor and a plurality of solar photovoltaic panels are obliquely mounted at the top end of the support group. The wind power generation system comprises two rows of wind break walls and three wind inducing shields vertically mounted on the wind break walls, the two rows of wind break walls are mounted on both sides of the top end of the floor in parallel, the three wind inducing shields are arranged on the sides away from the support group, of the wind break walls, an impeller is mounted in the wind inducing shields, a shaft of the impeller penetrates through one end of the wind break walls to be mounted with pulleys in a sleeved mode, the pulleys on both sides and the pulley in the middle are provided with transmission belts, and the tail end of the middle shaft is connected to an engine. The greening system comprises a planting layer which is planted with green plants and arranged on a roof. The roof comprehensive utilization system is simple in structure, novel and reasonable in design, capable of achieving comprehensive utilization of roof resources, high in comprehensiveness, wide in application range and capable of being popularized and used.
