The invention discloses a decorative plate with a heat insulation function. The decorative plate comprises a main body (1); the main body (1) comprises a decorative sheet (2) and a bottom face layer (3) made of enhanced fiber cloth; an asbestos compression heat insulation layer (4) is arranged between the decorative plate (2) and the bottom face layer (3). The decorative sheet (2) is made of inorganic sheet coated with colors, inorganic sheets mounted with metal decorative panels or metal decorative panels. The decorative plate has the beneficial effects of being light in weight, big in intensity, not easy to deform, economical and environmental-friendly, and long in service life.
