The invention relates to a material-saving heating floor which comprises a floor body, wherein the floor body is provided with a plurality of rectangular cavities in the width direction, a plurality of rectangular bosses and rectangular grooves are respectively formed at two ends of the body, and electric heating tubes are installed in the rectangular cavities. The material-saving heating floor is simple in structure, easy to install, simple in manufacturing process and low in cost.
