The invention discloses a newly-added bearing column mounting and roof truss load transferring method. The method comprises the four steps of column base prepressing, bearing column segmenting, bearing column segmented mounting, and column base prepressing removal. By adopting the method, mounting of the newly-added bearing column and the effective transferring of the roof truss load can be realized without lifting and lowering a roof truss structure, and the stress state of each structure in an original plant is prevented from changing.
