The invention discloses a lock cylinder mechanism which specifically comprises a lock cylinder, a lock cylinder casing, a lock cylinder cover, marbles, a foot stand, a square strip, a bolt and a lock cylinder snap spring. The length of the lock cylinder in the lock cylinder mechanism is only 20-24mm; four marbles are formed in four corresponding marble holes; the lock cylinder casing is greatly shortened, so a key matched with the lock cylinder casing is also shortened. Compared with an existing lock cylinder of a door lock, the lock cylinder mechanism disclosed by the invention is simple in structure; the square strip for doubly locking a knob is driven to be connected with a double locking mechanism of a simple lock body; the lock cylinder mechanism is suitable for interior doors; safe performances of the lock cylinder mechanism are completely identical with those of a general lock body, but the cost of the lock cylinder mechanism is over half lower than that of the general lock body.
