The invention relates to a window which is mounted on window openings of large plants and venues, in particular to a daylighting, ventilation and noise reduction window. The window is square in shape, indoor daylighting and sound insulation can be guaranteed by a glass widow, a ventilation noise reducer is arranged on the periphery of the glass window, indoor ventilation and noise reduction is guaranteed, indoor noise is enabled not to escape, ambient noise is enabled to reach standards, and treated audio spectrum conforms to an NR curve (in international standards).
