One embodiment of the present invention relates to a device for preventing turbid water for an underwater soil improvement apparatus. The problem to be solved is to provide a device for preventing turbid water for an underwater soil improvement apparatus, which can prevent turbid water due to floating soil during underwater soil improvement. To this end, in a device coupled to an excavation rod of an underwater soil improvement apparatus for the prevention of turbid water, the present invention provides a device for preventing turbid water for an underwater soil improvement apparatus, comprising: a body part for enclosing the excavation rod along the lengthwise direction of the excavation rod; a plurality of cover parts coupled to the upper portion of the body part for penetrating the excavation rod; a hinge part coupled between the body part and the cover parts such that the cover parts can rotate in the upward direction, horizontal direction or downward direction; and an elasticity-providing part provided between the body part and the cover parts such that the cover parts are positioned in the horizontal direction.
