High-strength synthetic quartz stone plate and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength synthetic quartz stone plate. The high-strength synthetic quartz stone plate is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight (wt%): 32-37% of quartz sand, 28-30% quartz stone powder, 25-36% of the glass sand, 6.5-8% of anticorrosive resin, 0.1-0.18% of a curing agent, 0.04-0.1% of an accelerating agent, 0.38-0.52% of a coupling agent and 0.38-0.52% of micaceous iron oxide, wherein the micaceous iron oxide is modified by coating the surface of the micaceous iron oxide with nano silicon dioxide by adopting a sol-gel method. The quartz stone plate is synthesized artificially from high-purity quartz stone crystals and auxiliaries in vacuum by adopting an isomerization polymerization technology and overcomes the problems that the natural stone is low in density, has cracks and dissolved pores and easily fades. The synthetic quartz stone plate has the hardness of the natural stone, can resist corrosive gas and liquid and can be prepared into different colors according to needs. The synthetic quartz stone plate is friendly to the environment, has high rupture strength and compression strength, is compact and can be colored and patterned differently according to needs of customers.
