The invention discloses an active powder concrete prepared from waste concrete powder. The active powder concrete is prepared from 1 part of ordinary portland cement, 0.14-0.21 part of silica fume, 0.28 part of water, 0.04-0.11 part of waste concrete powder, 0.02 part of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 1.10 parts of fine sand. Because the waste concrete powder is used as the active powder to prepare the concrete, the problem on treatment of construction wastes can be solved, the construction wastes can be regenerated and recycled, and the preparation cost of the active powder concrete can be reduced. If 30% of the silica fume is replaced, the fracture resistance and the compression strength of the prepared active powder concrete can be significantly improved to 16.5MPa and 104.75MPa, respectively.
