High-temperature-resistant fireproof heat-insulating material applied to quenching inductor
The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant fireproof heat-insulating material applied to a quenching inductor. The material comprises aluminate cement, asbestos powder, glass fiber and ceramic fiber. The material is prepared by the following steps: preparing 50% to 60% of the aluminate cement, 20% to 30% of the asbestos powder, 10% to 15% of the glass fiber and 10% to 15% of the ceramic fiber; and adding a proper amount of water into the prepared mixture, uniformly stirring the mixture to form a paste and allowing the parts of the quenching inductor needing high-temperature-resistant fireproof heat-insulating protection to be filled with the obtained paste. The high-temperature-resistant fireproof heat-insulating material provided by the invention can protect insulation between copper pipes in the quenching inductor, ensures insusceptibility of the copper pipes to short circuit during high-temperature quenching, and can fix the positions of the copper pipes in the quenching inductor so as to prevent deformation or damage due to vibration when in use.
