Gradient utilization method of ferrous metallurgy used refractory material
The invention relates to a gradient utilization method of a ferrous metallurgy used refractory material. The method comprises the following steps: classifying the ferrous metallurgy used refractory material according to the texture, and dividing each class of refractory material into multiple grades according to the major component, wherein if the purity of the same kind of refractory material is higher and the impurity content is lower, the grade is lower; performing the processes of crushing and screening on each grade of the used refractory material of the same texture, and preparing two-stage reclaimed materials according to the particle structure and chemical composition, namely the first-stage reclaimed material and the second-stage reclaimed material, wherein the first-stage reclaimed material of each grade of the used refractory material of the same texture is used as a raw material of a refractory product of the same grade or the next grade, and the second-stage reclaimed material is used as a raw material of a refractory product of the next stage or lower stage. According to the method provided by the invention, through gradient utilization of the used refractory material, circular utilization of the used refractory material is realized; and through circular utilization of the used refractory material, the consumption of the refractory material resource and the environmental pollution caused by free stockpiling of the used refractory material are reduced.
