Compact aluminum, magnesium, calcium grog refractory and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a compact aluminum, magnesium and calcium grog refractory and a preparation method thereof. The compact aluminum, magnesium and calcium grog refractory is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 74%-88% of Al2O3, 4%-14% of MgO, 2%-8% of CaO and 2%-4% of TiO2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) respectively levigating limestone, magnesite and bauxite; (2) mixing and adding titanium dioxide micro-powder to prepare a mixed material; (3) mixing evenly and pressing into green balls; (4) burning for the first time and preparing a primary clinker; (5) crushing, levigating again and then pressing into balls; and (6) burning for the second time. The titanium dioxide micro-powder is adopted as a sintering accelerant; and the compact aluminum, magnesium and calcium grog refractory can be obtained at relatively low secondary burning temperature and relatively short heat preservation time.
