Annular sand barrier
The invention relates to the technical field of setting of an upright sand barrier in a desertification control project, in particular to an annular sand barrier, and belongs to the technical field of environmental ecology protection. According to the technical scheme, the annular sand barrier is a circle with a radius r in a horizontal plane and comprises an annular body with a thickness t and a height h, and the ratio h/t of the height to the radius is smaller than one. When sand is blown to pass through the annular body, the windward surface of the annular body blocks one part of sandy soil particles by the aid of inertial force, meanwhile, the inner surface of the annular body separates the other part of sandy soil particles by the aid of a centrifugal force principle, and the annular sand barrier has double sand blocking functions under double actions of the inertial force and the centrifugal force. The annular sand barrier can be made of materials such as straw, sandy soil and the like. The annular sand barriers are staggered at equal intervals in a desert, and the center distance between every two adjacent annular sand barriers is larger than the outer diameter of each sand barrier. The annular sand barrier does not have directivity and is suitable for a desertification prevention and control project in a complicated wind direction environment in desertification control.
