Prefabricated hollow pile cap for composite foundation and fixing method thereof
The invention relates to a prefabricated hollow pile cap for a composite foundation and a fixing method thereof. The pile cap comprises a pile cap body formed by placing a steel net in concrete in a pouring mode, wherein the steel net is of a mesh structure with meshes and formed by welding a plurality of steel bars in an intersection mode. Stepped holes penetrating the pile cap body are formed in the pile cap body. The stepped holes comprise first level holes formed in the upper portion of the pile cap body and second level holes formed in the lower portion of the pile cap body. The size of the section of the first level holes is smaller than that of the second level holes. The second level holes is matched with a pile head of the hollow pile, so that the pile head can stretch into the second level stepped holes when the pile cap body is arranged on the pile head. A connection structure used for stretching into the inner cavity of the hollow pile is further arranged on the pile cap body. By means of the pile cap and the fixing method, the fixing strength of the pile cap body and the hollow pile are effectively improved, and engineering quality is ensured.
