The pile column and the pile head are set to be two separated bodies, and are connected through the connectors, the pile column can be disassembled and reused after pile driving construction is accomplished, and the pile column can be replaced with pile columns with different lengths according to the pile driving depths. Due to the fact that the water pipes can be easily bent, elbows or bending patches are arranged, and blocking caused by bending of the water pipes can be avoided; due to the fact that the mode that the pile column and the pile head are connected through the connectors is adopted, the pile column of the screw pile can be recycled, the construction cost is saved, and the situation that installation construction of a water and ground source heat pump air conditioner is accomplished quickly and efficiently is guaranteed.
