The invention discloses a ground anchor pull rod structure which comprises a ground anchor locking buckle and a pull rod, wherein the end part of one end of the pull rod is fixed in a mounting notch of the mounting notch locking buckle; the mounting notch is matched with the pull rod; a heat-insulating film is arranged between the pull rod and the mounting notch; and the ground anchor locking buckle and the pull rod are fixed into an integral structure via forging. From the structure, according to the ground anchor pull rod structure and the machining method of the ground anchor pull rod structure, the pull rod and the ground anchor locking buckle are forged into a whole after split preparation; compared with a one-piece forging machining manner, the equipment cost and mold cost are greatly lowered; round steel is drawn to form the pull rod by a cold drawing manner; the diameter requirement of the pull rod can be met; the heat-insulating film is arranged between the pull rod and the ground anchor locking buckle for forging, so that strength reduction of a connection part between the pull rod and the ground anchor locking buckle is avoided; the machining cost is lower than the cost of directly adopting a pull rod made of a high-strength material; the pull rod has cold deformation strengthening by the cold drawing manner; and the strength of the pull rod is improved.
