The invention discloses a deep and thick blanket double-liquid grouting method. The deep and thick blanket double-liquid grouting method comprises the following steps that when grouting slurry with different concentrations is poured into a stratum through a sleeve valve pipe assembly and a sleeve cover on the periphery of the sleeve valve pipe assembly, the grouting pressure is detected in real time; when the situation that severe seepage of the poured grouting slurry with different concentrations exists is determined through real-time detection of the grouting pressure, double-liquid grouting operation is conducted. The double-liquid grouting operation comprises the steps that a double-liquid grouting plug which comprises a cement slurry grouting pipe and a water glass grouting pipe is installed in the sleeve valve pipe assembly; a certain amount of cement slurry is poured through the cement slurry grouting pipe; after grouting of the certain amount of the cement slurry is accomplished, grouting of water glass begins through the water glass grouting pipe which is located inside the cement slurry grouting pipe, grouting of the cement slurry continues, and the water glass and the cement slurry are confluent to be poured into the stratum.
