The invention relates to a construction method of a flat sphere-shaped electric power tower foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps: digging out a lower hemisphere spherical surface-shaped foundation pit with a flat sphere-shaped bottom surface, drilling a plurality of curved holes by a perforating pilot drill slantly downwards or downwards by taking the foundation pit as a boundary, inserting reinforcing steel bars sleeved by rubber pipe bodies in the curved holes, enabling gaps of the rubber pipe bodies and the reinforcing steel bars to be filled with concrete, putting a steel reinforcement cage in the foundation pit, mounting a tower base device, and using concrete pouring to form the flat sphere-shaped electric power tower foundation. The bearing platform of the electric tower constructed by the construction method is flat sphere-shaped, more support piles can be paved to be of a jungle structure like the root system of a big tree, and the bearing platform is supported and tensioned in all directions, so that comprehensive activity of the bearing platform is canceled out, the bearing platform is stably positioned in the ground, and the appearance of cracks is avoided.
