The invention relates to a urinal floor cleaner. The urinal floor cleaner comprises a driving roller, a driven roller and more than one flexible bands, wherein the driving roller and the driven roller are arranged in parallel, the driving roller is connected to a drive motor, and the flexible bands are mounted on the driving roller. A foot support plate is arranged between the upper and the lower flexible bands. A water spray cleaning unit for spraying water to the flexible bands is arranged below the lower flexible bands and connected to a urinal sensor for controlling the water spray cleaning unit to spray water or stop. The urinal floor cleaner is arranged on the floor in front of the body of a urinal and can clean the floor automatically or in a timed mode, thereby maintaining the clean and tidy environment sanitation of the floor.
