The invention discloses a shockproof glass panel, comprising a fixed layer, first layers, second layers and third layers, wherein the first layers, the second layers and the third layers are respectively arranged at two sides of the fixed layer, the fixed layer, the first layers, the second layers and the third layers are successively connected, the fixed layer is made of a PC raw material, the first layers are made of a glass ore raw material, the second layers are made of a glass cement raw material, and the third layers are made of an active carbon raw material. Since the PC layer of the shockproof glass panel employs polycarbonate, the shockproof glass panel has good fixed effect and transparency effect; the glass cement can perfectly fix the glass ore raw material and the active carbon raw material; in an earthquake, the shockproof glass panel is not prone to damage; and when a house of a certain age has to be removed, the glass panel can be smashed and used for preparing new glass panels.
