The invention relates to an insertion type corner protection strip for a ceramic tile wall body external corner. Two ceramic tiles at an external corner line can be connected in 45 degrees; if the two ceramic tiles are connected seamlessly, a 45-degree tangent plane needs to be machined respectively at the connected end parts of the two ceramic tiles, so that the thickness and the strength of the end parts are reduced, and the end parts are easy to break in daily life; if the two ceramic tiles are connected with a seam, a crack sealer coated for beautifying the seam is easy to remove.
