The invention provides a solid wood floor base material with air permeating and moisture removing functions as well as a solid wood floor comprising the same. A plurality of longitudinal upper air-permeable expansion joints and/or lower air-permeable expansion joints are formed in the upper surface and/or the lower surface of a board, a plurality of transverse round holes extending into the board are formed in side surfaces of the board in the length direction, and bamboo pins or wood pins matched with the holes are stuffed into the transverse round holes. The transverse round holes are transverse round through holes or transverse round blind holes, the plurality of transverse round blind holes are arranged in two sides of the board in a staggered manner, and depths of the transverse round blind holes are 5/9-3/5 of the width of the board. Square pins, triangular pins or pins with plum-bloom-shaped sections are arranged in at least two of the plurality of transverse round holes. Multiple shallow grooves are circumferentially formed in outer surfaces of the bamboo pins or the wood pins. The bamboo pins or the wood pins matched with the holes are stuffed into the plurality of transverse round through holes in the base material, so that the base material is bending-resistant, and tile-shaped deformation of the board is avoided. When the square pins or the triangular pins are arranged in the transverse round through holes, arch gaps between the square pins or the triangular pins and the round holes are communicated with the air-permeable expansion joints in the upper and lower surfaces, so that the air permeation effect is realized.
