Manufacturing method of composite building template
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a composite building template. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: providing a raw material which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 75 to 80 percent of olefine thermoplastic plastic used as a base stock, 5 to 12.5 percent of chopped glass fibers used as a reinforcing material, 0.5 to 1 percent of sulfonated graphene used as a filler, 0.2 to 2 percent of a foaming agent, 1 to 1.5 percent of a temperature regulator and 2 to 3 percent of a wetting agent; respectively preparing the base stock, the reinforcing material, the filler, the base stock, the foaming agent, the temperature regulator and the wetting agent into aggregates by utilizing an extruder continuous forming method, then mixing all the aggregates according to the use quantities, feeding the mixture into an extruder, carrying out continuous extrusion, surface cooling and internal foaming, and then carrying out sizing and cooling processing; finally, cutting to obtain the finished product. The composite building template disclosed by the invention has excellent strength, rigidity and impact toughness, has a light weight, can be produced on a large scale, is easy to demould in the using process, and has a long service life.
