The invention discloses a flat slab formwork arching construction method. Firstly, the bottom elevation of a formwork is increased by 2-4 mm or overall increase is performed as per 0.03-0.05% of the clear span of a unit or each unit edge, an arching point is determined according to the clear span of the unit or each unit edge, vertical supporting rods are arranged between the arching point and lower-layer concrete, the vertical supporting rods on two sides of the arching point are sequentially lowered with an interpolation method and return to the designed elevation at supports, the unit is an area among the four supports, and each unit edge is an area between every two supports. With the adoption of the method, the deflection of a horizontal concrete structure can be effectively controlled, the molding quality of the horizontal concrete structure can be improved, and waste caused by reworking can be reduced.
