By adopting the structure, electricity generated through the solar battery panel can be used for charging mobile phones of people passing by, and air can be blown to people waiting for buses to cool in hot summer. Therefore, the traffic shed which takes people first under the condition of zero-energy consumption and brings convenience to all aspects can be constructed.
