The hinge mechanism comprises a hinge rocker arm (4), a pneumatic actuating cylinder (3), a variable damping hydraulic buffer (8), a main chain wheel I (1), a main chain wheel II (6), an idle wheel I (5), an idle wheel II (7) and a chain (2), wherein the main chain wheel II (6) is connected in a spline fit manner with the supporting seat of the hinge rocker arm (4) on an aircraft body; the supporting seat of the hinge rocker arm (4) is fixedly mounted on the aircraft body; the cabin door of the aircraft body is connected with the hinge rocker arm (4) through a rotating shaft; the hinge rocker arm (4) can move around the rotating shaft; the main chain wheel I (1) is connected in a spline fit manner with the rotating shaft on the hinge rocker arm (4) together; the idle wheel I (5) and the idle wheel II (7) are arranged on the hinge rocker arm (4), so that the running direction of the chain (2) can be matched with the hinge rocker arm (4); the chain (2) is used for encircling the two main chain wheels and the two idle wheels on the hinge rocker arm (4). The hinge mechanism can be conveniently operated by an operator, and the occupied spaces in and outside a cabin can be relatively small when the cabin door is opened or closed.
