The invention provides an environment-friendly ecological brick. The environment-friendly ecological brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 12-14 parts of admixtures, 11-13 parts of pulverized fuel ash or a mixture of pulverized fuel ash and acetylene sludge, 35-57 parts of a sludge treatment material, 25-29 parts of shale rock and 1-3 parts of water. According to the environment-friendly ecological brick, polluted sludge is treated, and then the treated polluted sludge is prepared into the sludge treatment material; the efficiency is high and no secondary pollutant is generated; the vitreous activity in the pulverized fuel ash or the mixture of the pulverized fuel ash and the acetylene sludge is simulated by adding the admixtures; the reaction of the pulverized fuel ash or the mixture of the pulverized fuel ash and the acetylene sludge between the sludge treatment material and Ca<2+>, SiO3<2-> and Al<3+> under the action of high temperature, high pressure and water is facilitated; such hydration products with gel properties as CSH and CAH are generated, and can be converted into stable and uniformly-distributed high-strength products such as tobermorite.
