Optically-recognizable transparent ceramic bar code material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an optically-recognizable transparent ceramic bar code material and a preparation method thereof. The bar code material is prepared by combining and laminating one or a plurality of ceramic bar code element precursor films, wherein the ceramic bar code element precursor film emits red, orange, yellow, green, cobalt blue, sky blue or marine blue visible fluorescent light under the excitation of infrared light. Non-aqueous tape casting technology is employed for tape-casting of slurries of ceramic code elements with different designed ingredients, and the slurries undergo air-drying and laminating so as to form the ceramic code element precursor films; and the ceramic code element precursor films with different luminescence properties are arrayed and combined according to anti-counterfeiting demands and form a ceramic biscuit, and the ceramic biscuit is subjected to high temperature glue discharging and vacuum sintering so as to prepare the ceramic bar code material. The ceramic bar code material realizes emission of each code element with different visible light under the irradiation of near-infrared light, has the characteristic of invisible interpretation and achieves good information crypticity; meanwhile, the ceramic bar code material has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, etc., and can maintain stability of a structure and fidelity of luminescence characteristics in an extreme environment.
