The invention provides an inclined shaft pavement structure and a method for laying the inclined shaft pavement. The inclined shaft pavement structure comprises a concrete layer, multiple pairs of fixing columns and a plurality of connecting belts, wherein each pair of fixing columns are arranged on two sides of the pavement and fixed on the ground used for arranging and bearing the included shaft pavement, and the ground extends in an inclined direction; each connecting belt traverses the concrete layer and is connected with one pair of fixing columns in a tensioned manner; top edges of the connecting belts and top ends of the fixing columns are flush with a top surface of the concrete layer. The inclined shaft pavement is flat, relatively low in cost and short in construction cycle.
