An isolating device applicable to a road floating slab comprises an upper plate 1, a lower plate 2, spring plates 3 and a rubber piece 4, wherein the spring plates 3 and the rubber piece 4 are arranged between the upper plate 1 and the lower plate 2; grooves are formed in the rubber piece 4, and the spring plates 3 are arranged in the grooves in the rubber piece 4; the spring plates 3 are connected with the upper plate 1 in a clamping manner and connected with the rubber piece 4 through screws. The road floating slab is isolated by the spring plates 3 and the rubber piece 4, the rubber piece 4 and the lower plate 2 are in friction connection, thus up-down vibration and right-left swinging are guaranteed, the road floating slab is not isolated only by the spring plates 3 or the rubber piece 4 any longer, and therefore the vibration reduction effect and the isolation effect are both improved.
